Ex-Pirate Marketer Lands At Crystal Advisers

Fund of hedge fund firm Crystal Advisers has hired former Pirate Capital executive Greg Teitel as director of investor relations. Teital takes up his new role at the Bay Harbor Islands, Fla.-based firm on Oct. 2, and will be in charge of sales and marketing efforts.

Teitel recently left Pirate, where he had been serving as a marketer. His boss at the embattled firm, Andrew Stotland, left the firm shortly before Teitel. It is not known where Stotland has landed.
