International law firm Bryan Cave has hired Nir Yarden as a partner in its New York office.
Yarden specializes in advising domestic and international investment managers, pooled investment vehicles and intermediaries on new product offerings, structuring new funds, asset raising, investments, acquisitions and portfolio construction. He also regularly advises clients in regulatory and compliance matters.
Yarden joins Bryan Cave from the New York office of Greenberg Traurig, where he practiced in the corporate and securities group, with a specialty in hedge fund representation. Previously, he also was a senior vice president at Lehman Brothers, concentrating in financial services investment banking practice.
