Knight’s Bridge Debuts Private Equity Fund

Toronto-based Knight’s Bridge Capital Partners has raised in excess of $62 million for its first private equity offering.

The firm had aimed to raise between $50 million and $80 million for Knight's Bridge Capital Partners I, which will make investments of up to $10 million in small to mid-market businesses in Canada and the U.S.

Kenny Finkelstein, CEO of Knight’s Bridge, said the firm is currently reviewing several opportunities for the fund.

Knight’s Bridge is a subsidiary of Counsel Corporation, an international asset management firm.
