TowerBrook Appoints New Managing Director

TowerBrook Capital Partners, the London- and New York-based private equity firm, has hired John Sinik as a managing director based in its London office, effective May 1.

Sinik joins TCP from UBS, where he was global head of leveraged finance and European head of p.e. coverage and served as a member of the investment banking global management committee.

“We are delighted that John has agreed to join the team at TCP,” Ramez Sousou, co-CEO of TowerBrook, said. “He brings a wealth of experience, which will significantly benefit the company, strengthening the team as we continue to grow.”

TowerBrook Capital manages more than US$2.5 billion under management.
