FrontPoint Snags Team From John Levin & Co.

Christopher Susanin has been named to head hedge fund Front Point Partners’ new consumer and industrials long/short equity team. Susanin joins from John Levin & Co., where he was portfolio manager of that firm’s consumer and industrial equity long /short fund.

Susanin’s analyst team at Levin will join him at FrontPoint.

“We have been searching for an investment team of this caliber and accomplishment in the consumer space,” said FrontPoint Managing Partner Gil Caffray. “We believe Chris’ unique approach, which is based on rigorous fundamental research, gives him an investment edge.
