Paul Capital Taps Insider To Head Up New Joint Venture

Paul Capital Partners has picked Lisa Edgar to be a managing director of its new joint venture with the Bank of Ireland, Paul Capital Top Tier Investments.

Edgar is currently a principal in Paul’s top tier fund-of-funds team. In her new role, Edgar, who will be based in San Francisco, will manage an expanded private equity fund-offunds lineup alongside the other members of the management team, which include Chairman Philip Paul, CEO David York and Managing Director Jamie Johnson.
