Chicago-based Baird Private Equity has hired Scott Skie as chief administrative officer for Baird Capital Partners and Baird Venture Partners.
At Baird, Skie, who was previously chief financial officer of LaSalle Capital Group, will be responsible for investor relations and administrative oversight. He will work closely with Paul Carbone, co-director of Baird Private Equity and managing partner of Baird Capital Partners and Baird Venture Partners. The private equity business has raised and managed $1.5 billion in capital.
