Merchant bank Tri-Artisan Partners has named Jerry Fadden a managing director. He will work on both the firm’s private equity investment activities as well as its advisory business.
“Tri-Artisan’s approach of combining merchant banking services with the management expertise of its operating executive network of current and former corporate CEOs is a perfect fit with my background and experience,” Fadden says.
Prior to joining Tri-Artisan, Fadden worked as a turnaround consultant and as CEO of property casualty reinsurer Platinum Underwriters Holdings. He is also a former CFO of PaineWebber Group.
