Yorkville Expands Reach With Joint Venture

Jersey City, N.J.-based investment management firm Yorkville Advisors has expanded its operations to Athens, Greece and Tokyo through a joint venture with Axia Ventures Group. 

The joint venture will focus on identifying investment opportunities for Yorkville in both regions.
 
“We are pleased to formalize our relationship with Axia and further expand our global footprint,” said Mark Angelo, founder of Yorkville Advisors. “From January 2008, approximately 47% of our investments were made in non-U.S. companies and we see that trend continuing.” 

Yorkville specializes in structured finance and private investment in public equities.

Axia Ventures Group is an independent investment banking boutique and financial services firm specializing in corporate finance and alternative asset management.
