FSN Capital Partners, a Nordic mid-market private equity shop, has closed its latest fund, FSN Capital III, with €375 million (US$583 million) in capital commitments.
The fund received commitments from institutional investors located in the Nordic region, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, the U.K., the U.S. and the Middle East.
FSN Capital will make investments in Nordic companies with enterprise values ranging from €50 million (US$70 million) to €200 million (US$310 million) in the industrial, consumer goods and service sectors.
