Toronto-based Dynamic Funds has launched a fund of hedge funds giving investors access to a basket of the firm’s hedge fund products. 

The initial portfolio makeup of the Dynamic Alternative Opportunities Fund will be an approximately equal allocation to seven Dynamic hedge funds: Power Hedge, Alpha Performance, Contrarian, Power Emerging Markets, Income Opportunities, Strategic Value and Focus+ Alternative.

The Alternative Opportunities Fund can also invest in external hedge funds, private funds and other investment vehicles.

The Dynamic Funds are managed by Goodman & Co. Investment Counsel, a subsidiary of DundeeWealth.
