GAM Loses Three Client Advisers To Rothschild

A trio of client relations specialist has left hedge fund GAM for Rothschild Private Banking & Trust.

James Fairbairn, Nicholas Barran and Richard Jennings are to join the private bank from the Julius Baer hedge fund arm in the fall. The three will serve as senior client advisers, with Fairburn and Jennings working in London and Barran working in Leeds, in northern England.

In addition to their client relations duties, the three, and Fairbairn especially, played U.K. business development roles.
