Family Office Advisor Makes New Hires

Athena Capital Advisors, a multi-family office advisor, has announced the appointment of three new managing directors.

Kimberly Clouse comes to Athena from Hale and Dorr Wealth Advisors, where she served as CEO. At Athena, Clouse will direct client management, develop strategies for existing clients and serve as a senior relationship manager for new client.

John Grady joins Athena from Lehman Brothers where he directed the bank’s New England private client business. Grady is managing business development at Athena, focusing on selectively adding new relationships to the Athena family.

Lastly, Leonard Lewin, former chairman and managing partner of the Gadsby Hannah law firm, comes on board as Athena’s general counsel, working with Athena clients on family governance matters, assisting with new business initiatives and the day-to-day management of the firm. 

The firm also said it plans to open additional offices in the U.S. and internationally, the first being in London by yearend.
