Description: Devon Capital is an established London-based CDO advisory firm which specialises in analysing and restructuring CDOs and structured credit for global investors.

Due to rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team of CDO analysts. Your role is to analyse deal structure, collateral, triggers and documentation in order to identify risk factors and abnormalities.

The suitable candidate will probably have 3-7 years' experience, typically in a deal team, of structuring and negotiating CDO transactions. Must have comprehensive experience of corporate and ABS CDO documentation and transactions, and MBS structures.
