Hedge fund seeder FRM Capital Advisors has made a $60 million investment in Victory Park Capital, a Chicago-based firm that provides asset backed funding to small-and-lower middle market companies.
Clive Peggram, CEO of London-based FRM Capital Advisors, said, “We believe it is a very good time in the credit cycle to pursue an asset based lending strategy.”
Victory Park was established in 2007.
FRM Capital Advisors, a division of Financial Risk Management, is a global fund of hedge funds managing over $15 billion for institutional and other investors.
