Norvestor Equity AS, a Norwegian mid-market private equity firm, has closed Norvestor V with total commitments of €236 million (US$353 million).
Commitments came from more than 30 new and existing Nordic and international investors, funds of funds and institutional investors in Europe and the U.S.
Fund V will invest €10 (US$15 million) to €45 million (US$67 million) in mid-market companies with enterprise values of typically €20 (US$30 million) to €125 million (US$187 million).
