Description: My name is Mike Knowles, and I work for Loyal Source. Loyal Source represents top Capital Management, Alternative Investment, and Private Equity firms throughout the United States. I am currently working with a few rapidly growing, up and coming Private Equity / Capital Management firms in need of Controllers to come in and manage the accounting and finance department as well as perform the functions of the Fund Controller.

Our clients seek candidates with industry experience and excellent leadership skills to come in and make an immediate impact.

Requirements:

1. CPA a plus.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sr. Level Accounting position.
3. Background from an asset management company. (Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund, Private Equity, Investment Banking, and etc.)

Responsibilities:
1. Coordination of budget and oversee expense reports.
2. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials.
3. Monitor Fund Performance.
4. Bank reconciliations and vendor relations.
5. Administration of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting.
6. Managing all aspects of the general ledger.
