Description: Fantastic opportunity at a Boston investment management firm as a Compliance Associate. The primary focus of this position is to re-certify guideline limits and test rules in the firm’s automated testing system. The Compliance Associate will review source documents against guideline limits assigned to the portfolio and limit logic. Also, the Compliance Associate will assume trade oversight responsibilities. Will assist with the initial coding and administration of new client portfolios and review post-trade compliance messages. This position will interface with various teams to source and resolve data issues. Additional responsibilities include client intake, compliance testing and policy administration.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years experience, experience in fixed income also required. Must have knowledge of LatenZero and Portia along with Microsoft Office. Previous experience with guideline review, client intake and negotiation required. Salary will be $55-65K
