Description: Distressed fund that will seek to make control and non-control investments in mid-cap companies seeks a COO to help execute on build out of fund, including fund-raising, growing team and building strategic partnerships.

Ideal candidate will have a strategy consulting background in financial services from top tier firm such as McKinsey or Bain, as well as experience leading teams.

We will also consider candidates from top-tier law firms or investment banks, with strong interpersonal skills, and prior focus on private equity or corporate M&A.
