Houston Open To Speaking With Venture Capital FoF Firms

 The $2.45 billion Houston Firefighters’ Relief & Retirement  Fund is considering investing with a venture capital fund-offunds and has already identified a “handful” of candidates, according to Christopher Gonzales, cio.

He added that the fund is still open to speaking with potential managers. Meanwhile, Gonzales said the fund is expected to recommend finalists for an absolute return strategy in March, with presentations to follow in April and a final decision by May.
