Nina Hook-Zurlino has joined European investment boutique Griffin Capital Management in the newly-created role of marketing director. Most recently, Hook-Zurlino served as an international marketing director at New Star Asset Management.
The appointment is the latest in a series of appointments made by Griffin, looking re-establish itself as a major player in Emerging European and Western European markets. Earlier this year, Christopher Cottrell joined the company as CEO.
Charles Glasse, Chris Garsten and Nick Stansbury joined Griffin's Western European investment team in May 2008, having managed 2CG European Capital Growth Fund since 2002 and 2CG European Income Fund since 2005.
Griffin manages Eastern European equities and hedge funds.
