U.K.-based J O Hambro Investment Management has appointed Charles Bathurst as director and head of fund distribution. In his new role, Bathurst will oversee the expanding Waverton fund range and JOHIM’s alternative investment funds.
Bathurst joins the firm from Old Mutual Asset Managers in the U.K., where he was director of international distribution, with specific responsibility for business development in North America, Middle East and the Far East.
J O Hambro was formed in 1986 and currently manages over US$6 billion in total assets.
