The National Futures Association announced has suspended SNC Investments and its principal, Peter Son, from membership.
New York-based SNC, which operates as a futures commission merchant, commodity pool operator, and commodity trading adviser has suddenly ceased operations, according to the NFA, and Son is reported missing along with millions of dollars in investor funds.
The NFA has prohibiting Son from soliciting or accepting any new funds.
