Pátria Investments, an alternative investment and corporate advisory group based in Brazil, has closed its latest private equity fund with US$700 million.
The Pátria Brazilian Private Equity Fund III will focus on opportunities in the Brazilian consumer market or infrastructure basic needs.
Pátria was established in 1994 and manages over US$2.8 billion in assets under management. Its alternative asset management business includes corporate private equity funds, real estate funds and hedge funds.
