The Artemis Absolute Return Hedge Fund is going out on top.
The fund, which is up 29% in a year where more hedge funds are down, will close, superior returns notwithstanding.
“It has been determined that the affairs of the fund should be wound up,” Fortis’ Artemis Asset Management said in an Irish Stock Exchange filing.
The long/short equity offering was managed by William Littlewood, formerly of Jupiter Asset Management.
