London-based investment management consultancy Laven Partners has appointed Kevin Quinlanas a director.
Quinlan, who joins from IMS Consulting and who earlier worked for the enforcement division of the U.K.'s Financial Services Authority, will focus at Laven on FSA authorization, fund set-up and compliance controls.
”Kevin's experience covers law, tax and consulting which, combined with his FSA background, matches the broad range of services we offer,” said Laven managing director Jerome Lussan.
The Laven Group offers fund structuring, tax, legal and compliance services as well as distribution and advisory services to hedge fund managers and investors.
