Fortis, an international financial services concern, has appointed Noel Fahy as a managing director and Onno Priester as a director within its Prime Fund Solutions Ireland unit.
Noel was previously part of the management team of BBL Ireland (subsidiary of Bank Brussels Lambert SA / NV, Belgium) in Dublin and served as deputy general manager responsible for finance, operations, HR & IT. Before joining Fortis in 1999, Onno worked with Robeco, MeesPierson and F. van Lanschot Bankiers in various fields such as investment management, derivatives sales and product development.
Fortis is active in banking, insurance and investment with a market capitalization of euro 40.1 billion ($53 billion).
