Robeco-Sage Names New Chief

Robeco-Sage Capital, Robeco's fund of funds arm, has appointed Michael Abbott as chief executive officer effective Jan. 1. Abbott will succeed Ron Tauber, who will remain as a consultant to Robeco-Sage along with the firm's other co-founders, Bob Friedman and Peter Levy.

Robeco-Sage, founded in 1994 and acquired by Robeco in 2002, employs a disciplined, multi-strategy, multi-manager approach to its portfolio, and currently manages some $2 billion.
