The San Joaquin County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement Association has invested $100 million in a new Arrowhawk Capital Partners hedge fund.
The Arrowhawk Durable Alpha Fund debuted on Sept. 1, Pensions & Investments reports. The northern California pension fund made a direct investment in the fund, following similar direct hedge fund investments with Bridgewater Associates and FrontPoint Partners.
SJCERA manages $1.7 billion.
