European 3PM Adds Two Russell Investments Vets

Alternative investment fundraising firm XS Investments has expanded its senior team with the appointments of Steven Tack and Josephine Defty. 

Tack joins as partner with responsibilities for the Nordic region and Defty as director with responsibility for the UK.  Tack has worked for Russell Investments for over 13 years in London, Johannesburg and Amsterdam. He was most recently managing director heading the Amsterdam office with responsibility for Russell's Northern European business. He will be based in Amsterdam.

Defty was previously vice president within the client services team at Pantheon Ventures, which is part of Russell Investments. She will be based in London.
