Ex-SAC Trader Alleges Sexual Assault

A former SAC Capital trader who alleges he was forced to take estrogen pills by his boss has added an explosive new allegation, one his lawyer says is backed up by “scientific evidence.”

Andrew Tong now alleges that he was sexually assaulted at his workplace and his lawyer, Gerry Filippatos, said that Tong has “scientific evidence to corroborate the traumatic events that form the basis of his claims,” including “medical reports,” according to the New York Post.

Filippatos would not elaborate on the assault claim, so it is unclear whether Ping Jiang, who Tong accuses of forcing him to take black-market female hormone pills and wear women’s clothing in an effort to “feminize” his trading habits, is the person accused of the sexual assault.

Tong has claimed that he and Jiang had sexual relations. SAC has denied all of his allegations.
