Description: Senior Manager

Requirements:

• 8 plus years of public and private or straight public accounting (combo is preferred)
• CPA
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
• Bright, with strong knowledge of hedge funds
• Able to manage a staff and day to day business
• Assist with marketing the practice to hedge funds
• Broad knowledge of hedge fund industry including: An understanding of different hedge fund strategies and a developed understanding of key operational risks facing hedge fund investors; Having experience of typical hedge fund structures and legal agreements
• Perform operational due diligence
• Familiar with accounting, operational and valuation issues associated with complex financial instruments
